About Evan Anthony, CSI
I’m a New York native and Senior Colorist with a soft spot for good stories and good people. Over the past couple of decades, I’ve had the chance to work on everything from indie features to doc series to big-name commercials, but no matter the genre, I’m all about helping filmmakers find the right look to bring their story home.
These days, I’m at Goldcrest Post, where I do HDR/Dolby Vision and SDR grading for documentary films, and I’ve worked on series and scripted projects that land everywhere from Sundance and Cannes to Netflix, HBO, and Apple TV. I love working on narratively-driven projects, especially the ones with a strong point of view and a little bit of edge or heart. Or both.
People say I bring a calm energy to the room (color sessions should be fun, not stressful, right?), and I take pride in creating a space where directors and DPs feel comfortable, heard, and maybe even crack a smile or two.
Bottom line? I care deeply about the work and the people behind it.
